This policy explains what data NrVPN handles when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it is handled, and how users can manage or delete it.
Scope
This policy applies to the NrVPN website, user panel and features directly related to subscription services. When users visit the website, create an account, view plans, submit an order, connect to international routes or use the ticket system, the relevant data is handled under this policy.
External websites, applications and payment services are operated by their respective providers. The privacy practices of third-party services accessed through a NrVPN connection are outside this policy. Review the applicable notices before using those services.
Data Collected and Its Uses
During account setup, NrVPN handles the username chosen by the user, password verification data and account status. An email address is not required for registration and is therefore not collected as a mandatory account detail. This information supports authentication, account access, plan management and security notices.
For orders, NrVPN stores the selected plan, order status, payment method, amount, creation and completion status, along with related records needed for refunds. These records support subscription delivery, payment checks, ticket handling and refund processing. NrVPN supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT.
While the service is running, NrVPN handles total traffic usage, plan validity and necessary troubleshooting information to enforce traffic limits, identify connection issues and maintain the service. The website may also aggregate page views, referring pages, browser types and device categories to assess site operation and improve help content. Statistics are not used to build profiles of the content users access.
No-Logs Principles
NrVPN does not record which websites users visit, store communications, webpage content or application traffic, or create connection logs in routine operations that link an account, access destination and specific connection activity.
When a route is established, the system may briefly process technical information in memory that is necessary to complete the connection. This information is used only for the current connection and immediate troubleshooting, and is not retained as long-term connection history. Plan traffic statistics are used only to calculate total usage and do not include destinations, requests or transmitted content.
When a user submits a ticket, the ticket text, diagnostic information provided by the user and handling records are retained with the ticket. To limit unnecessary disclosure, remove personal content unrelated to the issue before submitting troubleshooting information.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language choices, interface preferences and necessary security status. This data keeps users signed in, restores their choices and enables the user panel to work continuously.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, users may need to sign in again, choose a language again or restore interface preferences. Disabling necessary storage may prevent the account panel, order process or download entry from working properly.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
Payments made through Alipay, WeChat and USDT are handled by the relevant payment service or transaction network. During payment, third parties may process payment account details, transaction identifiers and risk-control data under their own rules. NrVPN generally receives the completion status, related transaction identifier and result information needed to reconcile an order, but does not control the independent data practices of third parties.
Order records are used to confirm subscription status, handle billing disputes and apply refund rules. A full refund without cause may be requested within 14 days of the first payment; see the refund policy for the specific request and review process.
Data Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates
Account details are retained while the account remains in use. Order and payment-related records are retained as needed to provide the service, process refunds, resolve disputes and meet necessary accounting requirements. Once these purposes are complete, records are deleted or de-identified according to operational needs. Access content and long-term connection history described by the no-logs principles are not part of routine retention.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. Deletion requests are handled after account ownership is verified. Information connected to open orders, refunds, disputes or necessary accounting records may remain until the relevant matter is resolved. After account deletion, cleared data without a backup for recovery cannot be restored.
NrVPN may update this policy when service features, data handling practices or applicable rules change. The revised text will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be changed. Important changes to the scope of data handling may also be announced on the website or user panel. Review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
