These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and related subscription services provided by NrVPN. By starting to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow the terms below. If you disagree with any part, stop activating or using the relevant services.
Service Scope
NrVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access, covering 100+ countries / 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service includes a user panel, subscription configurations, international route connectivity, and basic support related to subscription status.
Route regions, connection endpoints, and available features may change based on network conditions, maintenance schedules, and actual resource availability. Carrier networks in different regions, target website policies, device settings, and local network quality may all affect connection results. Choose a route suited to the intended destination and keep the subscription configuration provided in the user panel up to date.
The service provides network connectivity and acceleration only and does not operate any third-party websites, applications, or content that users access. Account eligibility, content availability, regional rules, fees, and feature changes for third-party services are determined by the relevant third parties.
Account & Subscription Use
No email address is required to create an account; users can use a username and password. Keep login credentials, subscription links, and configuration details in the user panel secure. The account holder is responsible for activity under the account. If credentials or subscription information may have been exposed, change the password and reset the relevant configuration promptly.
An active subscription supports an unlimited number of simultaneously connected devices, but use is limited to the account holder and reasonable authorized use. Unlimited devices does not permit public distribution, bulk sharing, or resale as a separate product. Without NrVPN's permission, users may not rent, resell, exchange, or publicly share subscription information, or use one account to continuously provide connections to unspecified third parties.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Current package prices, available traffic, and subscription status are shown in the user panel and on the packages page.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using the service, comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of any applicable service region. You are responsible for determining whether accessing, transmitting, publishing, or storing content is lawful. Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, disrupt network systems, access data without authorization, distribute malicious programs, send bulk harassment messages, or engage in other unlawful activity.
Do not interfere with the normal operation of routes, servers, the user panel, or related technical facilities. Do not affect other users' connections through automated requests, malicious scanning, resource abuse, or similar conduct. For account, regional, content, or payment rules set by third-party platforms, read and follow the applicable terms yourself.
NrVPN may investigate and address unusual usage to the extent necessary to protect service security, handle valid complaints, or fulfill legal obligations.
Availability & Liability
NrVPN maintains its routes and user panel on a regular basis. Cross-border network connections can be affected by carrier routing, device status, system updates, target service policies, public network congestion, and other external factors. As a result, a particular route, region, or third-party service may become temporarily unavailable, experience speed changes, or lose connectivity.
Some services may be temporarily paused or switched during maintenance, fault repairs, or route adjustments. NrVPN will restore service or provide an alternative connection method within reasonable limits. Save important materials and check the current network status before starting work that depends heavily on a continuous connection. The service is not intended to be the sole communications solution for uninterrupted connectivity.
Losses caused by device configuration, improper handling of credentials, changes to third-party services, local network restrictions, or events beyond NrVPN's reasonable control are borne by the user according to the actual allocation of responsibility. Mandatory legal requirements prevail where applicable.
Account Suspension & Termination
If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, affects the normal operation of service facilities, infringes others' lawful rights, uses the service for unlawful activity, or refuses to cooperate with necessary security checks, NrVPN may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, terminate the account, or take other measures appropriate to the conduct.
Actions are taken to protect service security and other users' normal access, based on verifiable information where available. If you believe an account action was mistaken, submit an explanation through the ticket entry in the user panel. Submitting an explanation does not automatically reverse the action; NrVPN will update the result after completing its review.
After account termination, stop using the related subscription information. Transaction, dispute-resolution, or security records that must be retained by law will be handled under applicable rules. Other account data will be managed according to the privacy policy.
Changes & Refund Guidance
NrVPN may revise these terms when service features, route arrangements, legal requirements, or operating rules change. Updated content will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Significant changes affecting user rights or service use will receive reasonable notice through an in-service announcement or the user panel.
Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means that you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and leave the account after any active subscription has been handled. Existing orders, traffic usage, and disputes will be handled under the terms and policies applicable when they arose.
